Ingredients: (for ~12 cupcakes)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 heaping tablespoons of corn starch
- 200 g almond flour
- 1 large ripe banana
- 15 g baking powder
- vanilla extract, to taste
- 150 g honey
- 100 g milk
- 4 eggs
- 110 g melted butter
- a bit of salt
- sesame seeds for decoration (optional)

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine the eggs, honey, vanilla, and milk, and whisk well for 2–3 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until everything is fully incorporated and the batter has slightly thickened.

Prepare 12 muffin cups and divide the batter evenly among them. Peel the banana and cut it into equal slices, placing one slice on top of each cupcake. As they bake, the banana will sink into the center of the cupcakes, creating a naturally sweet, flavorful core.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked. Test with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the cupcakes are ready!

Let the cupcakes cool slightly, then enjoy a naturally sweet, soft, and nutritious treat, perfect for breakfast, snack time, or whenever you need a healthy indulgence!
