These wraps with creamy avocado, fresh cheese, lamb’s lettuce, and your favorite cold cuts are the perfect solution when you’re short on time or inspiration. Ingredients: (for 4 wraps)
- fresh lamb’s lettuce (or any other fresh greens you like: spinach, lettuce, arugula, etc.)
- fresh cottage cheese
- selection of your favorite cold cuts
- 2 ripe avocados
- pepper
- 4 medium wraps

Preparation:
Lightly toast the wraps in a dry frying pan, without any oil, until just golden.
Spread about two tablespoons of cheese onto each tortilla, then season with a bit of pepper. Add a layer of lamb’s lettuce (or any greens you prefer), followed by your favorite cold cuts. Top with avocado slices and finish with another sprinkle of pepper.

Next, fold the wrap and secure it with a toothpick or tie it with a piece of string to keep everything in place.

Serve as is or with spicy salsa sauce.
