
I’ve known this recipe since I was a child. I once visited someone who made this salad, and I instantly fell in love with it.
It’s incredibly easy to prepare.
I kindly “borrowed” the recipe, and ever since, it’s become a staple in my kitchen. Now, it’s time to share it here! This simple yet tasty salad is perfect served cold, whether on slices of baguette or with crunchy breadsticks.
Ingredients:
- 2 small cans of corn or 1 large can
- 2 cans of tuna in water or oil
- ~400 ml mayonnaise (homemade or store-bought)
- pepper

Preparation:
Drain the tuna and corn thoroughly. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Season with pepper to taste.

Serve chilled, after refrigerating for at least one hour.
