

These irresistible cookies are as simple to make as they are delicious!
Made with just a handful of ingredients, they deliver the perfect balance of rich peanut butter and gooey chocolate in every bite. Whether you’re enjoying them with a glass of milk in the morning or reaching for a sweet snack during the day, these cookies are sure to satisfy. Soft, chewy, and full of flavor, they will fast become your new go-to treat!
Ingredients (for ~32 cookies):
- 300 g brown sugar
- 420 g flour
- 2 vials vanilla extract
- 2 packets baking powder
- 400 g peanut butter
- 200 g butter
- 100–150 g chopped chocolate
- 2 eggs
- powdered sugar for sprinkling on top

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted butter (microwaved for about 1 minute), and brown sugar using a mixer. Once well combined, add the eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder, and continue mixing.
Next, add the flour and mix until fully incorporated. At this stage, stop using the mixer, add the chopped chocolate, and fold it in gently with a spoon or spatula.

Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the dough and shape them into cookies with your hands. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each one, as they will spread while baking. You’ll likely need to bake them in two batches.

Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for up to 15 minutes, keeping an eye on them toward the end to prevent overbaking.
