Ingredients: (for 2 servings)
4 pieces of tuna
a knob of butter
2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
salt + pepper
Wash the tuna pieces and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
Allow the tuna to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan and melt the butter in it. Once the butter is melted, add the tuna pieces along with the rosemary sprigs. Cook the tuna over medium heat, searing each side for no more than 3 minutes.
Pair it with your favorite side dish (I served mine with garlic sautéed spinach).
