
It’s a simple and delicious snack made from a few ingredients and ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients: (for 2 servings)
- 100 g of sliced cheese
- 150 g raw bacon
- 70 g grated cheese (parmesan or grana padanao)
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 1-2 leeks (depending on how big they are)
- pepper

Preparation:
Prepare a tray with baking paper. Turn on the oven to 195 degrees Celsius and let it heat up.
Wash and cut the leek into equal slices.

Spread the puff pastry on the tray. Using a knife, draw some fine grooves on the edge of the puff pastry, about 1 cm apart from the edges. Add the cheese slices. Distribute the leek evenly on top.

Sprinkle grated cheese over the leeks. Add the bacon, add pepper to taste and put in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the bacon and dough have browned nicely.

Serve it warm, simple, with ketchup or with your favorite sauce.
