Delicious and healthy, they are easy to prepare and they are ready in a maximum of 25 minutes, including the baking part :).
They are sugar-free, have a small amount of flour, and have a soft texture.
Ingredients: (For ~14 biscuits)
- 15 dates
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A little vanilla essence
- an egg
- 14 hazelnuts or how many biscuits you get (or almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc. – whatever you like or have)
- 55 g flour
- 95 g peanut butter
- a spoonful of cocoa

Preparation:
Take the pits out of the dates, put them in a blender, and blend them until you obtain a paste.

Mix all the ingredients except the hazelnuts in a bowl. Mix well until you get a compact ball. Prepare a tray with baking paper. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees and let it heat up. With the help of a spoon, take some dough and form small balls. Flatten them a little and transfer them to the tray. Put a hazelnut in the middle of each biscuit and press a little. Proceed like this until you finish the dough.

Bake them for 15 minutes. Serve them warm or cold, along with coffee, tea, or milk.
