Ingredients: For one large pie

  • 1 large container of sour cream
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • 250 g shredded mozzarella
  • 200 g spicy gorgonzola
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic

If you want to make your own dough, you can prepare a simple dough using 500 g of flour, 300 ml of warm water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1 packet of dry yeast. Mix the flour with the salt and yeast thoroughly, then gradually add the water and olive oil. You will get a smooth and slightly sticky dough. Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it rise until it doubles in size. Then, place it on a floured surface, roll it out with a rolling pin, and use it as desired.

Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a little butter. Add the peas and cook until tender. Then, add the sour cream, mozzarella, chopped fresh dill, spices, and thinly sliced garlic, cooking for a few more minutes.

In a baking pan with a removable bottom, place the dough and prick it lightly with a fork in several places. Pour the cooked mixture, combined with 2 beaten eggs, over the dough.

Top with pieces of gorgonzola and fold the edges of the dough over the filling. Brush the dough with a beaten egg and sprinkle with pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 40-45 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the filling is set and firm.
