Ingredients: (For 2 servings)
- 200-230 g pasta (I had fresh spaghetti with basil)
- 130 g pesto sauce
- 100 g grana padano or parmesan
- 80 g fresh rucola
- pine buds
- pepper and salt

Preparation:
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Divide the Parmesan cheese in half: grate one half and slice the other into flakes. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it well and transfer to a bowl. Add the pesto sauce and grated Parmesan, then toss everything together until well combined.

Next, add the washed and drained rucola. Toss everything together until the ingredients are evenly mixed. Transfer to a serving bowl, season with salt and pepper, and top with Parmesan flakes and pine nuts. Serve with a chilled glass of white wine for the perfect finishing touch! 🙂
