Delicious cauliflower, baked in the oven.
Super easy to prepare from a few ingredients, full of flavours, and perfect on its own or with a piece of steak.
Ingredients: (for ~4 servings)
- 1 large cauliflower (~700-800 g)
- 3 spoons of curry
- olive oil
- 200 g gorgonzola cheese
- salt + pepper
- a little dried oregano

Preparation:
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, cut into small florets, and rinse well with water.
Put them in a pot, add enough water to cover them, add the curry powder, mix well, and boil for ~15-20 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked but still al dente.

When it is boiled, transfer it to a sieve and drain it well.
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees and let it heat up.
Put the boiled cauliflower pieces in a tray and crush them a little to flatten them (I used the bottom of a glass).
Sprinkle them with some olive oil, add pieces of gorgonzola on each piece of cauliflower, and sprinkle with pepper, oregano, and a little salt. Sprinkle them again with olive oil. Put the tray in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese and cauliflower pieces have browned nicely.

Serve hot. It’s delicious.
