Quick and tasty, what more could you want from a dessert?
Ingredients: (for ~4 servings)
- one small/medium pumpkin (mine had ~1200g)
- 100 ml of honey
- ground cinnamon
- 150-160 g of raw nuts/hazelnuts (they can be of any kind; I had a mix of hazelnuts, pecans, classic walnuts, cashews, and almonds)

Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into equal slices, 1.5 cm thick.
Peel the skin and remove the seeds.

Prepare a tray with baking paper, and arrange the pumpkin slices. Evenly distribute the honey over them and sprinkle a little ground cinnamon. Turn on the oven and let it heat up to 200 degrees Celsius.

Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake the pumpkin for about 20 minutes. During this time, chop the nuts with a knife.
After 20 minutes, remove the tray from the oven without turning off the heat.
Using a pastry brush, brush the pumpkin slices with the sauce they left in the pan. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top and return to the oven for another 8-10 minutes (be careful not to burn the walnuts).

Serve warm or cold, plain or with ice cream, whipped cream, or fruits of your choice.
Bon Appetit!
