Delicious and ultra-easy to prepare. You can eat it as is or you can pair it with baked potatoes, salad, fried potatoes, or anything else you like.
Ingredients: (for 3 servings)
- 650-700 g salmon fillet (I had 6 pieces)
- 350 ml cooking cream
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- 100 ml white wine
- a spoonful of maple syrup
- 300 g fresh spinach
- a few sprigs of fresh dill
- juice from half a large lemon or juice from a small lemon
- pepper + salt
- A little olive oil

Preparation:
In a non-stick pan, put a little olive oil. Wash the fish and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. When the oil is hot, brown the fish on both sides until it gets a nice color.

When you are done with the fish, take it out on a plate and leave it aside.
In the same pan, put the cooking cream, lemon juice, wine, mustard, pepper, and maple syrup and mix well. Boil on medium heat, stirring periodically, for about 5 minutes. Then, gradually add the spinach, mixing gently. Add the finely chopped dill, mix to incorporate everything well, and then add back to the pan the salmon you cooked earlier. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top, put the lid on, and let it cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Serve it like this, with a salad or with your favourite side dish.
