

Ready in less than 20 minutes, delicious and perfect for chilly days or evenings. Low carb, fat-free, full of flavour and budget-friendly. What more could you want?
Ingredients: (for 4 servings)
- 2 medium onions
- 2 medium carrots
- fresh parsley
- about 50-60 g of noodles
- a small cauliflower
- 1 piece of leek
- 3 bouillon cubes
- a teaspoon of chili flakes
- pepper
- 1.8 l of water

Preparation:
Wash, clean and cut the vegetables

In a pot, boil the water together with the bouillon cubes. Let it boil until it starts to simmer. Then add the vegetables, a teaspoon of chilli flakes, and a little bit of pepper. Mix well and let it boil on high heat for 15 minutes. Then add the noodles and boil for ~7 minutes. Finally, add the chopped parsley, mix and turn off the heat. Add salt if necessary.

Serve hot.
